The duration of the oral talks is set to 20 minutes, out of which the talk duration is 15 minutes, and 5 more minutes are allocated for discussion. For invited talks, these numbers are 30-22-8. Upon preparing your presentation, please keep these numbers in mind. For us, the Organizers, it is very important that the conference runs smoothly on schedule while each talk allows for a fair discussion.
The standard audiovisual equipment (a computer with PowerPoint, a beamer and a microphone) will be provided by the organizers. If you wish to use your own laptop, it will also be possible. In case of special requirements, please contact the organizers at least one week before the meeting
The poster sessions will be held in the foyer of the Oosterpoort complex, at the 2nd floor. Poster Session I (odd numbers) will be held on Wednesday June 29, from 19:00 to 22:00. Poster Session II (even numbers) will be held on Friday July 1, from 11:00 to 13:30. You have already been informed on your poster session; please check up the final program for the number of your poster. The poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters during the respective Poster Session.
Regardless to the particular Poster Session (I or II), the posters should be put up during the first coffee break (June 29, 10:30-11:00), and will be displayed throughout the whole conference, i.e. until the end of the 2nd poster session at 13:30, July 1. This will enable the participants to discuss posters beyond the official poster session hours.
A poster stand of the A0 size, portrait orientation (85 cm width and 120 cm height) will be provided by the organizers. Please design your poster according to these specifications.
