The registration is handled by the Groningen Congres Bureau on behalf of the CMDS2016 organizing committee, so the link leads to an external website.

- Regular early bird registration fee : 400,- euro
- Student(*) early bird registration fee : 300,- euro
- Accompanying person (incl. dinner, excursion & reception) : 75,- euro
- Late registration (after April 30) : 500,- euro
- Only for PhD students Groningen (no dinner and excursion participation) : 100,- euro
All fees include dinner, excursion and reception.
(*) To register as a student you are required to send a copy of your student ID to the Groningen Congres Bureau (info@gcb.nl, subject: CMDS2016) Without a copy of your student ID you will be considered a regular participant and will be invoiced accordingly.
To register for the conference you will be asked to provide us with some information e.g. Personal Information, Hotel Reservation, Way of Payment. Please continue with the registration form until you see the button "Submit my registration"
Pressing this button will finalise your registration and you should receive an automated confirmation by email with the information you have just submitted.
If you have chosen to make your payment by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice by separate email from the Groningen Congres Bureau (GCB) who will be handling the registrations for the conference.
